Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

delicious cake with a cream made from Oreo cookies

For the cream, whip two cups of cream and a little sugar (I added the sugar according to taste, so I can’t give an exact amount) until stiff. In a second bowl, whisk the cream cheese, a little cream (from the third cup), and sugar (also according to taste). Then add the whipped cream to the cream cheese and mix both thoroughly. Next, add a sachet of Gelatine Fix and stir in. Place the biscuits in a freezer bag, break them up with a paper towel, and fold them into the mixture. Now place the first cake layer in a springform pan and spread a layer of cream on top (not too thick, otherwise it won’t be enough), then another cake layer and a layer of cream. The last cake layer goes on top. For the top layer, whip the cream from the cup used for the cream cheese with half a sachet of Gelatine Fix and a little sugar until stiff and spread it on the cake. You can now decorate it as desired, e.g. with icing sugar. E.g. with chocolate letters, colorful sprinkles or chocolate sprinkles, brittle or other.
