Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g ginger, candied
  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g almond(s), ground
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

makes 50 cookies

Finely chop the ginger and knead it with flour, powdered sugar, almonds, egg, and softened butter into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then roll out to about 2-3 mm thick and cut out hearts. Bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C, then let cool. Melt the chocolate coating and dip the hearts halfway into the chocolate coating.
