Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions
  • 750 g carrot(s)
  • 750 g potatoes
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat in a little oil. Dice the onions, add them, and fry. Cut the carrots into sticks and the potatoes into cubes, and add them. Add the broth and season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently for about 45 minutes, then season to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve. Tip: Instead of carrots, you can use white cabbage, savoy cabbage, fresh peas, canned peas, or kohlrabi. If using kohlrabi, season with nutmeg.
