Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 500 g spelt flour
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fruit vinegar, e.g. B. Apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

with sunflower seeds, linseed and sesame

Mix the yeast and water together (with a dough hook). Knead in the flour. Knead in the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and flaxseeds. Knead in the salt and vinegar. Grease the loaf pan and pour in the dough. Place it on the middle rack of a cold oven and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 60 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and bake for another 5-10 minutes without the pan for a nice crust and browning.
