- 2 cups corn flour, fine (polenta)

Beat eggs in a bowl, add buttermilk and butter, and mix well. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients, add the liquid, and stir briefly until combined. Bake in a square cake pan at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Let cool slightly and cut into squares.
