Curry bread with onions

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour, wheat flour 1050
  • 1 bag(s) of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 250 g onion(s), finely diced
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp curry
  • some paprika powder
  • Milk, lukewarm
  • 50 g butter, melted, cooled

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Make a yeast dough from the ingredients, adding just enough milk to form a smooth, not too sticky dough. Let it rise in a warm place until it has visibly increased in size. Knead thoroughly again with a little flour, form a loaf, and bake at 175°C for about 50 minutes.
