Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 eggplant(s)
- 4 carrots
- 500 ml tomato(s), strained
- 300 g cheese (Emmental)
- 500 g rice (wild basmati rice)
- Thyme, fresh
- salt and pepper
- Sage, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the eggplant and zucchini into 1 cm cubes. Cut the carrots into small pieces. Sauté the eggplant, zucchini, carrots, and ground beef one after the other. Meanwhile, cook the rice. Mix all ingredients and add the tomatoes, seasoning with herbs and spices. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
