Zucchini – herb – bread for bread machines

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 m.-large zucchini, finely grated
  • 150 g flour (whole wheat flour, type 550)
  • 360 g flour (type 405)
  • ½ tsp basil, dried, or 1 tsp fresh
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Add the ingredients one at a time to the bread maker. Select the Normal program and Medium browning. Add more liquid and/or flour if necessary. The dough should no longer be sticky. Makes 1 kg of bread.
