Potato and chicken fillet gratin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 small chili peppers
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 500 g chicken fillet(s)
  • Cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • chives
  • Parsley
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes. Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces. Sauté the onion with the meat until well browned, then let the potatoes cool. Whisk together the sour cream, eggs, spices, chili, and milk. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Slice the potatoes, arrange them in a greased baking dish, and top with the meat. Finally, add a layer of potatoes and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes.
