Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g spelt flour
  • 380 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Knead together the flour, water, salt, and dry yeast. Let the dough rise for 30–120 minutes. Pour into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 220°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack of the oven.
