Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cube of fresh yeast
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- 400 g spelt flour type 1050 (wholemeal)
- 100 g whole wheat flour
- 80 g flaxseed
- 80 g sesame seeds
- 80 g sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp fruit vinegar
- 2 ½ tsp iodized salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
my absolute favorite bread
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Add the wholemeal spelt flour, wholemeal wheat flour, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, vinegar, and salt and mix well. Pour the dough into a loaf pan (approx. 30 cm) lined with baking paper and place it on the middle rack of a cold oven. After 15 minutes, preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 3, fan oven 180°C) and bake the bread for approximately 1 hour. Turn out immediately onto a wire rack after baking.
