Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g feta cheese
- 50 g cream cheese, natural
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped, possibly 4
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- possibly chili pepper(s), red, to taste
- Parsley
- e.g. milk
- salt and pepper
- possibly chili flakes (Pul Biber)
- some rosemary, freshly chopped
- some thyme, fresh chopped

Crumble 200g of feta and mix with all the other ingredients. Crush the garlic beforehand, and chop the bell pepper and chili. It’s best to use a food processor (if you have one) to process everything until smooth. If you don’t have one, mix it as thoroughly as possible using the dough hooks of a mixer. Chop the fresh herbs beforehand. Add enough milk until the cream reaches the desired consistency. Crumble the remaining 50g of feta and stir it into the mixture. If you don’t have a food processor, you can use the entire 250g of feta from the beginning. Sprinkle with a little more Turkish spice to garnish.
