Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 100 g tomatoes, dried, pickled in oil
  • 50 g green olives without stones
  • 1 pack of Italian herbs (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Toscana Cream

Chop the tomatoes and olives in a food processor, add the herbs and cream cheese, and mix well. For a creamy texture, add a splash of the oil from the pickled tomatoes and mix well. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a while. Anything goes with this: baguette, dark bread, crackers (very tasty).
