Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 60 g olives, black, pitted
- 2 spring onions
- 1 garlic clove(s), if desired
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 pinch of salt
- possibly lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Slice the olives into rings. Clean and finely chop the spring onions. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Crumble the feta cheese, add the yogurt, olives, spring onions, and garlic, and mix. Season to taste with salt (or/and lemon juice, if desired).
