Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized eggs, separated
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 250 g sugar
  • 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 500 g mascarpone, alternatively cream cheese
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 large can of tangerine(s) (or 3 small ones)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Separate the eggs into yolks and egg whites. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the egg yolks. Stir in the drained low-fat quark, mascarpone, and custard powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the quark mixture along with the cornstarch. Line the baking tray with baking paper and spread the batter on top. Decorate with the mandarins. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C for approximately 30-40 minutes.
