Stuffed mushrooms with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 150g Gorgonzola

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, and hollow out some of the tops if necessary. Fill the mushroom caps with Gorgonzola using a teaspoon. Place the mushrooms in a dish or on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 200°C until the cheese turns golden brown. This takes about 20 minutes. Serving suggestion: Serve as an appetizer on a green salad or as a side dish to grilled meat. Tip: You can also grill the mushrooms. Use large enough mushrooms.
