Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 6 large mushrooms
  • some salt and pepper
  • some cheese (grated cheese)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Suitable for SiS, without carbohydrates, easy to prepare

Hollow out the mushrooms; removing the lamellae is sufficient. Cut the cooked ham into very small cubes and crumble the feta cheese. Mix the cooked ham and feta cheese with the eggs. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Then fill the mixture into the mushrooms. Sprinkle some grated cheese over the mushrooms and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) on the middle rack of the oven for about 15 minutes.
