Five-grain bread for the BBA

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 ml water, lukewarm
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 g wheat flour, type 405
  • 200 g rye flour (wholemeal)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dry yeast
  • 5 tbsp grain (five-grain mix)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Soak the grains for several hours, preferably overnight. Drain and let them drain well before baking. Pour all ingredients into the bread maker. The total proving and baking time in the bread maker is approximately 3 hours 20 seconds. Program: Standard. Browning: Dark. Size: 1
