Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g turkey schnitzel
- 250 g broccoli, frozen
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 pack of cream cheese (paprika-pepper)
- 50 g processed cheese
- salt and pepper
- ½ cup water
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the turkey cutlets into small pieces. Heat oil in a saucepan and brown the turkey pieces. Add 1/2 cup of water and the finely chopped broccoli florets. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Then stir in the cream cheese and processed cheese. Once you have a nice sauce, stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and simmer with the lid on for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
