Butter-fried noodles with fruit

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g pasta, cooked (of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp butter, approx. as needed
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 jar fruit (compote, of your choice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Not just for children!

Lightly fry the cooked pasta in a pan with hot butter. Remove the pasta. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the frying fat and let it melt until it turns brown and caramelized. Add a few tablespoons of fruit juice. Briefly toss the fruit compote (chopped if desired, such as the peaches) in the pan and heat through. Add to the pasta.
