Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 handfuls of potato dumplings
- 5 broccoli florets
- 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
- some gravy
- Herbs of Provence
- 1 pinch of salt
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Steam or boil the potato dumplings and broccoli! Then place them in a deep, nonstick pan and add plenty of vegetable oil! Halve the tomatoes and add them to the pan! Season with salt and herbs, then deglaze with the sauce! Simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
