Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g cherries
- Butter, for the mold
- 80 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 80 g flour
- powdered sugar
Instructions

Clafoutis
Wash the cherries, remove the stems, and stones. Butter an ovenproof dish and arrange the cherries in it. In a bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. Add the flour and mix everything into a smooth batter. Pour over the cherries. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Turn out, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve hot or cold.
