Pasta with strawberry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g fusilli
  • 500 g strawberries, fresh
  • 1 cup of yogurt (3.5%)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

fruity and refreshing

Cook pasta in salted water until tender. Blend 3/4 of the strawberries with the yogurt in a blender. Cut the remaining strawberries into pieces and add them to the strawberry sauce. Season with vanilla sugar. Then pour the cold sauce over the warm, cooked pasta. Very refreshing and fruity. Ideal for summer. A favorite with children. Also delicious with wild blueberries instead of strawberries.
