Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g ham, cooked
- 100 g celery, cooked
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot (French)
- 2 small cucumbers (pepper cucumbers)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the ham, celery, and hard-boiled eggs and mix everything with the mayonnaise seasoned with mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve in portions and garnish with small slices of hot pepper gherkins and diced red bell pepper.
