Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 ½ tbsp cheese, grated, to taste
  • 1 tsp Rub (Dry Rub)
  • 1 wrap(s) (wheat wraps)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the ground beef in a bowl and knead with the seasoning and cheese. The dry rub is just an example; season the meat to your liking. Cover the wrap with it all the way to the edges and press the ground beef evenly onto it. Roll everything up and cut into slices of roughly equal thickness. Thread these onto a skewer and grill (although you can certainly do this without skewering the slices). Grill on both sides until a pleasant roasting aroma develops.
