Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 meat sausage
  • 3 onions (vegetable onions), cut into strips
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), cut into strips
  • 100 g bacon, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tsp chili sauce
  • Garlic salt
  • sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the sausage. Line a dish with onion strips. Score the sausage and insert Gouda strips and bacon strips into the sausage slots. Mix the ketchup and chili sauce, season to taste, and spread on the sausage. Place the sausage on top of the onion strips and grill at 200°C for about 15 minutes.
