Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 5 tbsp baking cocoa
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml milk
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Sift the cocoa into a bowl and mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in a little milk until a lump-free paste forms. Heat the remaining milk and stir in the cocoa powder. Whip the well-chilled cream until semi-stiff and stir in the cocoa mass. Pour everything into the ice cream maker and freeze for 30-40 minutes while stirring continuously.
