Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 125 ml cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 8 tsp fructose
- 400 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Recipe for the ice cream maker
Puree the blueberries with a hand blender. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn until the ice cream is creamy and firm (this takes a relatively long time with quark).
