Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pork fillet(s)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves
  • 2 chili peppers, green
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Soak wooden skewers in warm water for about 15 minutes. Cut the pork fillet into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Thread the meat slices onto the soaked skewers and arrange them in an oblong dish. Season with 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop 1 bunch of coriander. Deseed and finely chop 1-2 green chilies. Mix the coriander and chili with 6 tablespoons of olive oil and season with a squeeze of lemon juice. Grill the skewers on the grill over the glowing coals for about 5 minutes on each side. Serve drizzled with the coriander oil. Tip: Instead of grilling, fry the meat in a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
