Vanilla Buttermilk Bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour type 405
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 5 tbsp honey
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a 30 x 11 cm loaf pan with parchment paper. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add the buttermilk, honey, and vanilla bean seeds and mix with an electric mixer until well blended. Pour into the pan and bake on the middle rack for approximately 40-45 minutes.
