Einkorn spelt wholemeal bread No. 2

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 250 g fine einkorn meal
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 3 tbsp vinegar, light
  • 400 ml water, warm

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Mix the dry ingredients well in a bowl, then add the vinegar and water and knead with a mixer. Pour into a loaf pan and place in a cold oven. Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit) using top/bottom heat.
