Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 ml milk
  • 30 g protein powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 3 tsp psyllium husks
  • some sweetener or stevia

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Then chill for about 30 minutes.
