Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 250 g flour (rye flour)
- 1 cube of yeast
- 350 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 g salami, chopped
- 1 bell pepper(s), diced (according to taste)
- 100 cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients into a firm dough, let it rise once, and then bake for about 75-80 minutes at 200°C. Check with a skewer to see if it’s cooked through, let it cool, and enjoy.
