Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 280 g spelt flour type 1050
- 50 g protein powder (baking protein), e.g. Maxi Nutrition
- 20 g spelt bran
- 40 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g flaxseed
- 50 g quark
- 25 g cream of tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 ml milk
- 300 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients, place in an ovenproof dish and bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for 60 minutes.
