Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 280 g spelt flour type 1050
  • 50 g protein powder (baking protein), e.g. Maxi Nutrition
  • 20 g spelt bran
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 20 g flaxseed
  • 50 g quark
  • 25 g cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients, place in an ovenproof dish and bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for 60 minutes.
