Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of brioche
- 2 tsp mayonnaise (truffle mayonnaise)
- 1 slice(s) roast beef
- 3 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- n. B. Provolone
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
First, hard-boil the egg, peel it, and let it cool. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Slice the provolone according to the size of the cheese piece. Toast the bread in a griddle until crispy. Spread the insides of each slice with a teaspoon of truffle mayo. Then layer the lettuce, cheese, egg, and roast beef on the bottom. Season the roast beef with salt and pepper, cover with cheese and lettuce, place the top on top, and secure with a fork if necessary.
