Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 g spelt flour type 1050
- 200 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 50 ml olive oil
- 370 ml water, lukewarm
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
- 1 tsp, heaped rosemary, dried, or 2 tsp to taste
- 1 tsp, heaped dried thyme, or 2 tsp to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes
Spelt bread with rosemary and thyme
First, add olive oil and water to the baking dish, then pour the dry ingredients over it. Setting: Basic or regular. Size: 1100 g. Browning: Light or medium.
