can be modified as desired

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted). Tear off a piece of aluminum foil about 1 m long and double it up. Brush the center with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Cut the cheese into 4-6 pieces, according to your taste, and place it on the foil. Thinly slice the onion and place them in the spaces between the cheese pieces. Arrange the rest on top next to the cheese. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on top of the cheese. Spread the remaining olive oil over the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and seal the foil tightly to prevent any juices (which develop during baking) from escaping. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes. Serve with toasted bread. If desired, you can also bake other ingredients (e.g. peppers, olives, etc.).
