Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash and dry the chicken breast fillets, removing any fat and tendons. Cut into thin slices and, if necessary, flatten them using a pan and cling film. Place the chicken slices in a bowl. Season with 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil, salt, curry powder, chili powder, cumin, and thyme, and mix until the spices adhere to all the pieces. Whisk the eggs with the milk. First coat the chicken slices in flour, then dip them in the egg-milk mixture and coat them in breadcrumbs. Fry them in a pan. We always serve it with salad and rice.
