Mustard Celebration with Yogurt Sauce
The perfect mustard celebration with yogurt sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 piece Eggs
- 2 tsp Mustard
- 250 g Natural yoghurt
- 1 Pr Salt
- 1 Pr Pepper
- Boil the eggs for as long as is good for you. We always eat them hard-boiled, so I cook them for about 6 minutes. Boil potatoes (not included in the recipe).
- For the sauce, I warm the natural yogurt and season it with mustard, salt and pepper. If it’s too runny for you, you can add some cream cheese. We don’t need the sauce so creamy. It’s not rocket science and very easy to do. Garnish with parsley or chives at the end.
