Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 1 pack of smoked salmon
  • 1 pack of cream cheese, variety of your choice
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Roll out the puff pastry, spread with cream cheese, and top with the salmon. Roll it up, brush with beaten egg yolk, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden yellow. Let cool and cut into approximately 1 cm thick slices.
