  • 250 ml almond milk (almond drink), unsweetened
  • 125 g tofu, natural
  • 100 g berries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp oat flakes
  • 25 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (date sweetener) or 2 dates

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend vigorously. Pour into glasses.
