Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 handful of kale, fresh or frozen
- 1 handful of leaf spinach, frozen or fresh
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 3 mint leaves
- 3 basil leaves
- 300 ml orange juice
- 1 dash of lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
green smoothie with kale
Wash the kale and spinach. Let the frozen vegetables thaw briefly. Peel the banana and kiwi. Core the apple. Add all ingredients to the smoothie maker and adjust the consistency with the orange juice, depending on how thin you like it. Garnish with mint leaves.
