Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • 125 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 m.-large banana(s), overripe
  • 30 g oat flakes
  • 25 g cocoa powder, unsweetened

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then pour into glasses. This shake is ideal as a meal replacement and is intended for one person. 506 kcal per serving.
