Delicious finger food

Peel the sausages and cut each into 10-12 slices. Cut the chives into small coils. Reserve some for garnish if necessary. Mix a marinade of mustard, oil, vinegar, pepper, salt, and chives and marinate the sausage slices in it for half an hour. Wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Cut each pretzel into about 10-12 slices. Tear iceberg lettuce leaves to fit the appetizers. Then layer the appetizers: Place the lettuce on the pretzel slice, then the radishes, then the sausage, and then the radishes again. Secure with a skewer and arrange on platters. Tip: You can also fry the pretzel slices in oil in a pan.
