Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • some oil
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, cut into strips
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green, cut into strips
  • ¾ liter meat broth
  • 250 g pasta (spirelli)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the diced onion and ground beef in hot oil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the diced tomatoes and strips of bell pepper and simmer for a while. Then add the pasta and pour in the meat broth. Simmer until the pasta is tender. Serve hot.
