Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • 100 g onion(s) (silver onions), pickled in a jar
  • 100 g bell pepper(s), pickled in a jar, cut into strips
  • 2 onions, diced
  • some broth from the pearl onions
  • some broth from the pepper strips
  • 1 tsp sauce powder (gravy)
  • Cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 gherkins, diced
  • 400 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Minced meat with vegetables and noodles, quick to make and very tasty!

Cook the pasta until al dente. Sauté the onions and meat in oil. Add the garlic, gherkins, and tomatoes. Add the bell pepper strips and silver onions. Season to taste. Add a little of the stock from the bell pepper strips and silver onions. Top up with a little more water and simmer for about 20 minutes. Mix the sauce powder with cold water and add it. Bring everything back to a boil, season to taste, serve with the pasta, and serve with grated cheese.
