Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slice(s) toast bread (sandwich toast)
- 4 slices of cooked ham
- 1 can peach(s) (peach halves)
- 4 tbsp Béarnaise sauce or Hollandaise sauce
- 1 jar cranberries (wild cranberries)
- n. B. Cheese, grated
- Paprika powder, sweet
- butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Toast the slices of bread, spread with butter, and top with a slice of ham. Cut the peach halves into wedges and arrange them on the ham. Top each with 1 tablespoon of cranberries and 1 tablespoon of Béarnaise sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, a little paprika, and broil for about 5 minutes. This is a very quick and delicious dish when you’re short on time.
