Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 1 bunch of wild garlic, approx. 80 g
- 70 ml olive oil
- 3 tomatoes, dried, pickled (jar)
- 50 g walnuts
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- 3 tbsp Parmesan or Pecorino, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, wash and roughly chop 1 bunch of wild garlic. Purée in a blender with olive oil, the tomatoes, and the walnuts. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cheese. Mix the pasta with the pesto.
