Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g cheese (young Gouda)
  • 250 g cheese (sliced ​​cheese)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 2 tsp mustard, hot
  • 2 tsp sambal oelek
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs, frozen
  • pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes

Combine crème fraîche, mustard, sambal oelek, and herbs to make a dressing, season with pepper and sugar. Dice the cheese, bell pepper, and apple and fold into the dressing. Mix everything well and let it sit for several hours.
