Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 100 g almonds, ground,
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp oil
- 150 ml milk
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 can/n mandarin(s), 175 g each

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
without eggs
Combine the flour with the almonds, baking powder, and baking soda. Whisk the sugar with the vanilla sugar, oil, yogurt, and milk until well combined. Add the flour mixture and the mandarin orange segments and quickly stir in. Pour into 12 prepared baking cups and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
